March 18th was 'Music Day' and I wasn't sure how to interpret this for my card at the J & C Creations Blog,
I didn't have any musical orientated stamps, however I did find this
lovely background paper at the J & C warehouse. So I decided not to
use an image, but chose this very famous quote instead! Hope you like
it!

To make:
Use
the distress ink pad to ink the edges of the card blank. Glue a square
of the patterned paper to a larger square of black card. Use the largest
& 3rd largest dies to cut frames from black card. Using the largest
die as a template, draw around the aperture onto patterned paper and
cut out, then glue to the larger frame. Print the quote onto plain paper
and cut out in the same way. Ink the edges and then glue to the smaller
frame. Using 3d foam, attach the larger frame to the square of
patterned paper at an angle. Thread some black ribbon through the holes
on the smaller frame and attach to the middle of the layered pieces
using 3d foam, secure the ribbon on the reverse using sticky tape. Glue
everything onto the card blank. Cut another frame using the largest die,
carefully snip off the corners and glue these onto the corners of the
card. Attach a black bow to the upper left corner of the card and add
the smaller ivory ribbon on top. Finish
off by gluing a button to either side of the smaller frame. (The backs
of the buttons can be snipped off using a good pair of scissors so that
they lie flatter when glued.)
