Fanciful Flight

Hope you are still enjoying this fabulous summer weather.  Today Pauline  has created a stunning card with a summer theme.

Sizzix Bigz Die - Tattered Florals  

Sizzix Bigz Die – Fanciful Flight

Distress Ink pad in Bundled

You will also need:

Black card

Silver mirror card

Black glitter

Patterned paper for background mat/flowers/leaves/butterfly

Sizzix Bigz Die – Tattered Leaves

White 6x6 square blank card

Black flower stamens for butterfly antennae

Extra white flowers if required

Method:

Die cut the butterfly twice.   The easiest way to do this is to place 2 pieces of card front to front on the die and cut, then 2 pieces of patterned paper front to front and cut.  This way you can marry the relevant die cuts better. 

Die cut the Tattered Flowers (once with mirror card and once with patterned paper) and Tattered Leaves.  Lightly ink the leaves and assemble.
