This is a stunning card Rocky has made using J & C Creations Products.
Here is how Rocky made the card. On white card I stamped Rye Grass Flourish from the Heartfelt Creations stamp collection. I have then sprinkled on Crushed Glass Glitter (Bronze) had heated it up with a heat gun. To soften the edges I have used Tim Holtz distress Ink - Colour: Weathered Wood. I then backed in onto black card. For my main image I stamped "Outside my Window" Heartfelt Creations stamp using the weathered wood distress Ink. I then die cut the image using a spellbinders die and distressed around the edge using the same distress ink. The 2 strips that is going down and across the card is made by using double-sided thin tape then sprinkle Cosmic Shimmer - Vintage UT Embossing Crystals (Tarnished Silver) and by heating it up it mixed together. I then cut it out and it looks a bit like ribbon. The embellishment that I used are black candy's and finished it off with a happy birthday sentiment.
